Let's Talk Nursery Decor

Creating a Nursery for your little one is one of the most exciting parts of preparing for baby. If you're not sure where to start on making a nest for your babe, here are some tips;
- Start by choosing a colour palette and theme.
- Plan for somewhere to sleep (cot), somewhere to change baby, somewhere for mum or dad to sit and storage.
- Don't be afraid to mix up patterns and colours. The Nursery should be a happy space for you and baby.
- Baby's cot should contain a mattress and cot sheet only. Bumpers, blankets and soft toys are not recommended for sleep safety.
- Utilise storage baskets. There are lots of cute ones out there!
- Add shelving for more storage for books and items you'd like to keep out of baby's reach.
- Consider personal touches such as photos, favourite books, heirloom items to make the room extra special.
- If in budget, install blackout blinds or curtains.
